Glass Cartridge Filling Instructions

1. Insert a blunt tipped needle that (14 gauge or smaller), into the space between the outer wall of the cartridge and the rod (airway). Then the cartridge can be filled with extract.

  • The cartridge must be in a vertical position when being filled.

  • Filling the airway (rod, center post) will result in leakage.

  • Between 90° - 130° F is optimal filling temperature.

  • Maximum fill level is up to the silver band and not past the four holes on the middle post.

  • Allowing oil to enter center post will result in leakage.

2. Immediately following filling install the mouthpiece and twist clockwise to tighten.

  • Do not overtighten!

  • When installed correctly the seal on the bottom of the mouthpiece is seated inside the glass housing (tank).

  • After filling, cartridges must remain upright. Do not turn upside down.

  • A diluted mixture of 50% or less alcohol and water is suggested for cleaning,

CAUTION:

  • The cart may leak if the mouthpiece is not installed within 2 MINUTES of filling

  • Oil will overflow and drip down into the cartridge when applying the mouthpiece if the cartridge is overfilled, Wipe with alcohol immediately.

  • Oil will expand and leak when exposed to high temperatures (vaped) if the cartridge is overfilled.

  • If ANY leaks are experienced, flip remaining unfilled cartridges upside down after filling to purge air.

  • RESIDUE OIL left on the cart near the inside top of the tank may cause the tip to pop back up.

Please wait at least 30 minutes prior to using to allow the atomizer to be saturated with oil for the best vapor production. If filling instructions are not followed the warranty will be VOIDED.
